What happens after the free trial?+
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all features. No credit card required to start. When it ends, choose a plan and activate billing — or let it lapse. We'll never charge you unexpectedly.
Can I add more techs mid-month?+
The tech limit is a hard cap per plan. Upgrading mid-cycle adds the new tech count immediately and prorates the difference. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum contract?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no tricks.
What does "AI job intake" mean?+
Incoming job requests — via phone, email, or web form — are parsed and entered into the system automatically. The AI extracts the customer's info, job type, and urgency so your dispatchers don't have to type it manually.
Do techs need to download an app?+
The tech mobile interface is a web app that works in any mobile browser — no install required. It works offline too, syncing completed jobs when connectivity returns.
Does this include SMS to clients?+
Yes. All plans include automated SMS updates to clients when job status changes. Each plan bundles a monthly SMS allowance — Solo: 500 msgs, Starter: 2,000, Growth: 5,000, Scale: 12,000. Overage messages are billed at $0.005–$0.008 per message depending on your plan. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard PostgreSQL with managed backups. Customer data is never shared with third parties.
What do competitors charge for the same team size?+
Most field service platforms charge $5K–$50K in setup fees plus $100+/month per user. FoundryOS charges a flat rate with no per-user fees — add as many techs as your plan allows at no extra cost. The Scale plan covers up to 30 techs for $799/mo total.
