Data We Collect

FoundryOS collects the following information to provide and improve our field service coordination platform:

  • Account data — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and number of technicians when you sign up.
  • Job and dispatch data — customer names, addresses, phone numbers, job descriptions, scope items, status history, and scheduling decisions.
  • Technician data — tech profiles including name, phone, email, skills, certifications, work schedule, and work location.
  • Communication logs — SMS messages sent through FoundryOS and email communications sent to your customers.
  • Usage data — logs of how you interact with the dispatcher dashboard, mobile tech view, and other platform features.

We do not collect payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

How We Use It

We use the data we collect to:

  • Run the AI-powered scheduling engine and generate job assignment recommendations.
  • Send automated SMS updates to your customers when job status changes.
  • Send transactional and notification emails on behalf of your account.
  • Show your dispatcher a real-time view of jobs, techs, and communications.
  • Power the technician mobile view so field techs can see and update their assignments.
  • Detect usage patterns and improve platform performance and reliability.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies & Analytics

FoundryOS uses browser cookies to keep you logged in to your account session. These are small text files stored on your device — you can clear them through your browser settings at any time.

We also use anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use our landing page and to debug technical issues. This data is not linked to individual users.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all data FoundryOS holds about your account by emailing foundry-os@polsia.app.
  • Export — request an export of your job and technician data at any time.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data. We complete this within 90 days.
  • Corrections — update or correct any inaccurate account information at any time through the app settings.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at foundry-os@polsia.app. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Security

FoundryOS uses industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations — we never store plaintext passwords.

SMS messages sent through Twilio are encrypted in transit. Email is sent through the Polsia email proxy, which enforces TLS on all outbound connections.

No security measure is 100% impenetrable. If you become aware of a security vulnerability in FoundryOS, please contact us immediately at foundry-os@polsia.app.
